Everyone is invited to the first of three services preparing for Easter Sunday. The Maundy Thursday service commemorates Jesus' washing of the disciples' feet in John 13. It's title comes from the latin word "mandatum", where we get the English word "mandate". In this story, Jesus says the words, "A new commandment I give you: Love one another." This is a solemn service offering times for reflection and silence, and will not include communion.
