Getting Involved, Getting connected, Being heard, Discovering friends, Finding support, Finding and being found by God are some of the things that happen when you join a Grace Group.  Please read below & step through a new door.  "The only thing worse than going through the door is not going through the door."  C. G. Jung
       t. Matthew's is a church of small groups, not a church that
has small groups.  Grace Groups, which include sharing, prayer, Bible study and support of one another; generally meet weekly and provide small group community much in the same fashion as the early church did of one another.  We also offer other small groups such as the Contemplative Prayer Group described following the dates below.

**The Contemplative Prayer Grace Group would like to advertise some things about our meetings:

First, you don't have to have a single bit of background to benefit from the group. Unless you tell, nobody will even know whether you are a seasoned contemplate or a total neophyte.

Second, you are very welcome to come once, occasionally, or regularly. We exist to support people in their life of prayer, whether you just need an occasional "booster shot" or want to share the journey with a group of like-minded pilgrims.

Third, we meet every Monday at 7 p.m. at the church. Because of the Cub Scouts being here some Mondays, we may not always be in the same place. If there are just a few of us, we like to use the Rector's study, but we may be in the new wing if we have a larger group, so look for us!
