You're invited to our 2011 Auction & Raffle
Saturday, October 8th from 4:00 to 6:00pm
Mark your calendars now for this FUN annual event!
Raffle Tickets will be available sometime in August to begin selling to all your friends, family,
neighbors and co-workers. Tickets
are $1.00 each or 7 tickets for
$5.00. The prize(s) will be CASH!
The more tickets sold, the bigger
the prize! The income from the
raffle ticket sales will be split
between the winner (one, two or
three winners, depending on total sales) and St. Matthews.
These should be fun and easy to sell! Watch for announcements in the Sunday bulletin that tickets are now available.
It's not too soon to be thinking of donations of both goods and talents. If you would like ideas or an “okay” on your donation, please contact an Auction Committee member (below). Remember, if you are donating used goods, they must be in fine condition. We are not really looking for garage sale items. A used item that is usually popular however is jewelry!
Go through your house and look for gifts you received and never used!!
We could really use some additional help, so please consider donating some time either before or during the auction.
The deadline for auction items to be donated is Sunday, October 2nd, and the raffle items need to be in place by September 8th in order to print Raffle Tickets. Thank you in advance for all your wonderful support. The annual raffle & auction is a great fundraiser for St. Matthew's and A LOT OF FUN!
